I don't think you have a clear knowledge of Turkish history. Kurds, which are not homogenous and have a language that is made up of mostly Turkish and Persian words, arrived in Eastern Turkiye around the 12th century under the passage given by the Seljuks. Kurds come from Persia my friend.
As for Turks, there are many waves that came into Anatolia. The earliest is perhaps 12,000 years ago in Catalhoyuk, which my recent DNA has been traced to. There were Sumerians, Scythians, Avars, Huns, who passed during pre-Islamic times.
The Oguz, were already in the Caucasus around the new millenium. The Seljuks are from the Oguz clans. The Seljuks did not come from Central Asia, but they do have roots to Turkmenistan(homeland of the Sumerians).
As for the Kangal dog, they were first trained by the Sumerians, not the Kurds. Kurds are made of Turkish, Persian, Caucasian, Indian,Arabic and Persian stock. Do your research.

The reason why YOU or anybody else living in Turkey today or in the future may share DNA with the people of Çatalhuyuk, is that you have mixed with people who are native to those lands... For example: when the Christian (Armenian, Greek, Assyrian & non-Muslim Kurdish) Genocide commenced, many women and children were taken as slaves or wives or adopted as their own - by Turks... So when they had offsprings with these women and children (when they grew up) they mixed their own blood with that of the natives...
Moreover, Turks have through war and pillaging through centuries before the Christian Genocide also taken many slaves of non-Turkic ethnicity and thus mixed their blood with them... This is especially true when looking at the Balkans - the Bosnians and Albanians... The Janissary - who were non-Muslim boys who were taken from their parents by force to become soldiers for the Muslim Ottoman Empire...
If anything, you are a person of very mixed background - who has predominant Greek, Armenian, Assyrian and Kurdish genes which point to ancestry from Çatalhuyuk...
Turks themselves do not have any roots from the Middle East. Their roots are in the Ural-Altay and Mongolian steps...
